The Replyzzz guide

Replyzzz is in an invite-only beta. When you have an invite code, create your account at replyzzz.com/signup with the code, your name, your work email and a password of at least 10 characters. There's no confirmation email. You go straight into setup.

Setup takes about 15 minutes. Every step saves when you press Continue.

You connect LinkedIn by signing in on a secure page from Unipile, the provider Replyzzz uses to talk to LinkedIn. Replyzzz never sees your LinkedIn password. LinkedIn may ask for a code or an approval in its app, just like a new browser would.

What access means

• Replyzzz can read your LinkedIn messages and connections, and look up profiles when you search.
• It can send messages and invites, but only through its one send path, inside your limits and working hours.
• It never marks your LinkedIn messages as read, so your LinkedIn inbox looks the way you left it.
• Each workspace connects one LinkedIn account, and a LinkedIn account can only be connected to one workspace.

Reconnecting

LinkedIn sometimes asks you to sign in again, for example after a password change or a security check. When that happens you'll see “LinkedIn needs you to sign in again. Sending is paused until you reconnect.” Choose Reconnect and sign in. Nothing is lost, and Replyzzz catches up on anything that arrived meanwhile.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings, LinkedIn account and disconnect. Sending stops straight away. Your contacts and conversations stay in Replyzzz until you delete them. If you reconnect later, the slower first week doesn't start again.

Every message and invite goes through one send path that checks, in order: is sending on, is your LinkedIn account healthy, have they replied, are they on your do-not-contact list, is anything left blank, is there room in your limits, is the pace human, and is it inside your working hours. If any answer is no, it waits.

How they're counted

• A message with blank lines between parts sends as separate LinkedIn messages, and each part counts. A message in four parts counts as four.
• Daily limits reset at midnight in your time zone. Weekly limits are a rolling seven days, and the hourly limit is a rolling hour.
• Only messages Replyzzz sends count. If you also message people directly in LinkedIn, leave yourself some room.
• Outside your working hours nothing goes out. Messages you send from the composer then are scheduled for the start of your next window, for example 9:00am Tuesday.

Changing them

You can raise or lower every limit in Settings, Limits and schedule. They can't be switched off. If you raise them, do it in small steps over a few weeks.

One switch pauses everything straight away. Look-ups are budgeted too: 20 search pages, 60 profile reads and 20 post reads a day.

Today is your morning brief. Open it with your coffee.

• A greeting and one sentence saying how many replies are waiting, how many drafts are ready and who accepted your invites.
• Needs you: the first few drafts to approve, with a link to the rest in Approvals.
• Replies waiting: conversations where they wrote last.
• Today's plan: what's scheduled to send and when, ending when your hours end.
• Going quiet and this week: threads cooling off, and calls booked.

If LinkedIn needs you or sending is paused, a notice at the top says so until it's fixed.

Filters

All, Needs reply, Drafts, Hot, Warm, Cold, Groups and Unread. Needs reply shows conversations where they wrote last and you haven't answered.

Drafting and sending

• Open a conversation and choose Draft reply. It writes in your voice, using what they said and your offer. When AI drafting is off, it starts from your reply template.
• Edit freely. Your checks run as you type, and anything that would stop the send is shown in red.
• The composer shows where you are against today's limit, for example “This will be message 19 of 20 today”.
• Sending uses the same checks as everything else. Outside your hours it's scheduled for your next window.

Messages in parts

Leave a blank line between paragraphs to send them as separate LinkedIn messages, the way people often write in chat. Each part counts against your limits.

Group chats

Group chats appear under the Groups filter so you can keep up with them, with everyone in them shown. Replyzzz doesn't draft, follow up or send in group chats. A reply there is seen by everyone, so answer those in LinkedIn.

Approvals is where drafts wait for your nod: replies you asked for, first messages when someone accepts, follow-ups on quiet threads and keep-warm notes. Approve, edit or skip each one.

• Approval is tied to the exact text. If you edit an approved draft, it goes back to waiting and needs approving again.
• Checks can block. A draft with a {{first_name}} still in it can't be approved, and nor can one that breaks a rule you've set to block.
• Approving many at once spreads them out. They go out one at a time through your working hours, 12 to 40 minutes apart, inside your limits.
• Their reply wins. If they write back before an approved draft sends, it's cancelled so you can answer what they actually said.

• Two follow-ups at most, then only keep-warm. The moment they reply, anything pending for them is cancelled.
• Follow-ups never run in group chats, or for conversations marked Won or Not now. You can pause follow-ups for any one conversation.
• Each step can be turned on or off, with its own timing and template, in Automations.

• Saved searches: search by keywords, or paste a LinkedIn people search URL. Results are ranked by fit, and a saved search can pick up where it left off.
• People who engaged with your posts: paste a post link, or scan your recent posts, to see who reacted or commented. They already know your name.
• Fit scores run from 0 to 100 and say how well someone matches your ideal customer, with a one-line reason. Your exclusions count against them.
• Queue invite for one person, or select several. They wait in Invites for your approval.

Searches use your daily look-up budget, so a few focused searches work better than many broad ones.

• Before each invite, Replyzzz checks whether you're already connected, whether you've already invited them, and whether they've invited you. If they have, it skips the invite so you can accept theirs in LinkedIn.
• Invites go out without a note for now. LinkedIn caps notes at 200 characters and free accounts get very few each month, so a blank invite is the safer start.
• Approving several invites at once spreads them out, like messages.

Opened and Chatting move by themselves. A conversation stays in Opened until they reply, and silence alone never moves anyone to Not now.

Temperature

• Hot: they've said yes to a call, or they're Interested, in Call stage or Proposal and replied in the last 14 days.
• Warm: a two-way conversation where they replied in the last 30 days.
• Cold: you wrote and they never replied, or their last reply was more than 30 days ago.
• New: no messages yet.

Funnel shows how people move from invite to call: how many at each step, the rates between them, a 30-day trend, your sends each day against your limits, the hot, warm and cold split, and the threads going quiet. It starts to tell a story after about a week of sending.

Importing your voice

Paste 5 to 10 messages you've sent, or use your LinkedIn messages once they're imported. Replyzzz writes a short voice profile: how you open, how you ask, how long you write and what you'd never say. You can edit it any time in Settings, Voice. Your samples are encrypted.

Spelling

Drafts use the spelling you choose: Australian, British, American, Canadian, New Zealand or Irish English.

Your rules

Every draft is checked against your rules before you see it and again before it sends.

Blanks like {{first_name}} always block, and that check can't be switched off. Change the rest, and your list of words you never use, in Settings, Voice.

Templates cover first messages, both follow-ups, keep-warm notes and replies. Each can have a version per segment (Ideal client, Referral partner, Peer, Other), with a default for everyone else. Edit them in Settings, Templates.

If a variable has no value, it stays in the message as written and blocks the send, so nobody gets a message with a gap in it. The one exception is {{first_name}}, which falls back to “there”.

Replyzzz has an MCP connector, so you can use it from Claude or another assistant that supports MCP. Ask for your drafts, follow-ups, pipeline and numbers without opening the app.

   Create an API key

   In Settings, API keys, create a key and give it a label. It's shown once, so copy it then.

   Add a remote MCP server with the address https://www.replyzzz.com/api/mcp/mcp and your key as a bearer token. In Claude Code, that's one command (put your key in place of YOUR_API_KEY):

• Anything that sends asks you to confirm first, then goes through the same send path, limits and hours as the app.
• Each key works for your workspace only. Treat it like a password. Revoke a key any time and it stops working straight away.

• Message text, drafts, scheduled messages and your voice samples are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored.
• Because message text is encrypted, search in Replyzzz looks at names, headlines, companies, tags and summaries rather than the words of your messages.
• Your Replyzzz data is stored in Sydney. Unipile handles the connection to LinkedIn. When AI features are on, OpenRouter passes the text each task needs to OpenAI, which writes drafts, and TypeSafe, which sorts conversations.
• Logs and activity records never contain message text.
• We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Deleting your data

Disconnect LinkedIn in Settings, LinkedIn account. To delete your workspace and everything in it, use Settings, Danger zone, or email us and we'll do it for you. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
