Terms of use

Replyzzz is in an early, invite-only beta. It's free while the beta runs. Features may change, pause or be removed as we learn, and the beta may end. If we plan to start charging, we'll tell you well ahead of time, and you can decide then whether to continue.

• You need an invite code to create an account, and you must be at least 18 and using Replyzzz for your work.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Each workspace connects one LinkedIn account, and it should be your own.

Replyzzz isn't affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn. You stay responsible for your LinkedIn account and for following LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies.

Please read this part carefully. LinkedIn restricts some kinds of automated activity, and any tool that acts on your account carries some risk of LinkedIn limiting or restricting it. Replyzzz is built to keep that risk low: every draft waits for your approval unless you turn on auto-send, daily and weekly limits can't be switched off, your first week runs at half pace, messages go out one at a time at a human pace, and nothing sends outside your working hours. But we can't promise LinkedIn will never restrict an account, and we're not responsible if it does.

• What you write, and your LinkedIn data, stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Replyzzz for you.
• You're responsible for what you send. Drafts, whether written by AI or from your templates, can be wrong or miss context. Read them before you approve them.
• If you turn on auto-send, you're choosing to let approved kinds of drafts go out without reviewing each one.

Please don't use Replyzzz to:

• send spam, or messages that are misleading, harassing, discriminatory or unlawful;
• contact people who've asked you not to, or ignore your do-not-contact list;
• collect or sell other people's data, or build lists for anyone else;
• get around the limits, checks or security of Replyzzz, LinkedIn or Unipile;
• act for someone else's LinkedIn account without their permission.

You're responsible for following the laws that apply to your messages, including anti-spam and privacy laws where you and the people you contact are.

We work hard to keep Replyzzz reliable and careful, but during the beta it's provided as it is and as available. It may have bugs, downtime or delays, and a message may occasionally send later than planned or not at all.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business, lost opportunities or action LinkedIn takes on your account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

You can stop using Replyzzz at any time, disconnect LinkedIn, and ask us to delete your data. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people's accounts at risk, or when the beta ends. Where we can, we'll tell you first.

Replyzzz relies on other services, including LinkedIn, Unipile, OpenRouter and its AI providers, Supabase and Vercel. Their own terms apply to them, and changes they make can affect what Replyzzz can do. Our privacy policy explains how data moves between them.

We may update these terms as the beta goes on. We'll tell you about important changes by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
