Privacy policy

Replyzzz (“we”, “us”) runs the Replyzzz service at replyzzz.com. For anything in this policy, email hello@replyzzz.com.

• Your account: your name, work email and a password. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored only as a secure hash.
• Your settings: your company and role, time zone, working hours, limits, your offer and ideal customer, templates, style rules, the spelling you chose and your voice profile.
• Your voice samples: the messages you paste in so drafts sound like you. These are encrypted.
• Your LinkedIn data, once you connect: your own profile details, your connections, your conversations and messages, people you find through searches or post engagement, invites, and whether people accepted or replied.
• Records of what Replyzzz did: when drafts were created, approved and sent, and how many messages went out each day, so limits can be enforced. These records never include message text.
• Basic technical data: sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) kept for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.

• To run the features you use: syncing your inbox, drafting messages, finding people, and sending what you approve.
• To keep your LinkedIn account safe: applying your limits, working hours and checks before anything sends.
• To support you when you ask for help, and to fix problems.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We don't use your messages or your contacts' information to train AI models, and we don't use it to market to the people in your network.

We use a small number of providers, each only for its part of the service:

• Unipile connects Replyzzz to your LinkedIn account. You sign in to LinkedIn on Unipile's secure page, so Replyzzz never sees your LinkedIn password. Unipile processes your LinkedIn data on our behalf.
• OpenRouter routes our AI requests, when AI features are turned on. It receives only the text each task needs (for example the conversation, your offer and your voice profile) and passes it to one of these sub-processors:
  • OpenAI writes message drafts.
  • TypeSafe classifies conversations, for example how warm a reply is and where it sits in your pipeline.
• Supabase hosts our database and sign-in, in Sydney, Australia.
• Vercel hosts the Replyzzz app, with its servers set to Sydney.

Some of these providers may process data outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security practices and only share what each one needs.

• Message text, drafts, scheduled messages and voice samples are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored, on top of the encryption our database provider applies.
• If you connect other accounts to Replyzzz later, such as a calendar, their access keys are stored encrypted too.
• Every connection to Replyzzz uses HTTPS.
• Each workspace's data is kept separate, and only members of your workspace can see it in the app.
• Our team only looks at your workspace data when you ask us to, or when we need to fix a problem or keep the service safe.

We keep your data while your account is open, so Replyzzz can show your history and keep your limits accurate. When you delete your workspace, we remove your LinkedIn connection from Unipile and delete your workspace data from our database straight away. Copies in our database provider's encrypted backups are removed as those backups roll over.

If you disconnect LinkedIn, Replyzzz stops syncing and sending straight away. Data already in Replyzzz stays until you delete it.

• See and change your settings, voice profile and templates in the app at any time.
• Disconnect LinkedIn at any time in Settings.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it.
• Delete your workspace from Settings, or email us and we'll do it for you.

Replyzzz handles information about the people in your LinkedIn network on your behalf. You decide who to contact and what to send, and you're responsible for having a genuine reason to get in touch. If someone asks us about their data, we'll help, and we may pass the request to you. People you add to your do-not-contact list are never messaged by Replyzzz.

This is a beta draft. We'll update it before Replyzzz opens more widely, and we'll tell you by email about any change that affects how your data is used. You can also read our terms.
